IGCA Congress 2008 is an all-inclusive event. Your Congress registration fee covers a wide range of costs once you arrive in Vancouver, British Columbia, including:
- Transportation from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to and from the Westin Bayshore Hotel via Airporter Shuttle.
- Hotel accommodations at the Westin Bayshore.
- Meals and, in some cases, wine or beer. Gratuities for meal service are also included.
- Admission, entry or activity fees, where applicable.
- Tour transportation of all sorts, plus tour hosts and guides on your buses.
- Translators will be provided wherever possible, or where a minimum number of native speakers has been met.
- An IGCA Congress tour guidebook, plus some mementos of the event.
