CENTS Marketplace & University to Meet in January

CENTS Marketplace & University, hosted by The Ohio Nursery & Landscape Association, will take place January 7-9 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

The event will have a trade show and three-day education program that includes: educators, authors, industry leaders and business professionals.

The following speakers will present:

• Ian Baldwin: Internationally reknowned consultant for garden retail and hardware industries, who specializes in profitability, strategic planning, training and financial analysis
• Peter MacDonagh: Director of Design & Science, Kestrel Design Group, LEED AP, FASLA, and Registered Landscape Architect in seven states and one Canadian province

• Tony LoBello: The design director for Mariani Landscapes, who has created landscapes across Chicago since 1987
• James Urban: ISA, FASLA and recipient of ISA’s Award Achievement for long-term contributions to arboricultures and ASLA’s Medal of Excellence for his contributions to the profession of landscape architecture
• Kirk Gibson: Sales skills development manager for Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment, Bobcat Company and Gibson Consulting
