Connecticut Garden Center Site Gets Second ChanceSource: Norwalk Citizen

Freddy Miraballes, owner of Freddy’s Landscaping Co. in Norwalk, Conn., has purchased the former site of Geiger’s Garden Center in Fairfield, Conn.

Miraballes purchased the 1.6-acre property for $1.6 million and plans to use it as a new garden and landscaping center, according to the Norwalk Citizen.

Freddy’s Landscaping is a 25-year-old family-owned business focusing on landscaping such as masonry and stonework, landscaping design and installation, property maintenance, outdoor lighting, fencing and arbors, general contracting, pergolas and gazebos and natural pools.

Geiger’s Garden Center still has a location in Westport, Conn.
