Distylium

First Editions ‘Cinnamon Girl’ distylium is a new small leaf distylium selection that is a viable alternative to boxwood and other fine-leaf plants beleaguered by insects and diseases in the South. ‘Cinnamon Girl’ has plum-purple new growth, which turns to blue-green as the leaves mature. The small leaves give this plant a more refined look than other distylium on the market. In 2013 to 2014 this selection survived 46° F in an above-ground container with no injury.
