Easy Gardener Acquired by Centre Lane Partners
Lawn and garden products company Easy Gardener Products Inc. announced that it has been acquired by private investment firm Centre Lane Partners LLC. Founded in 1983, Easy Gardener distributes over 1,000 SKUs through a network of over 50 lawn and garden retail partners in 25 different countries.
The company distributes a wide array of products in the fertilizer, chemical-free weed control and consumer shade categories. Easy Gardener’s portfolio of brands includes Jobe’s, Weedblock, Landmaster, Sunscreen and Ross. Easy Gardener is also known for new product innovation and award-winning merchandising and packaging solutions.
