Griffin Grower & Retailer Expo Draws Record Attendance
Griffin Greenhouse Supplies kicked off the 2013 booking season with the first of two Grower & Retailer Expos, held Aug. 14-15, at the Eastern States Exposition Center in West Springfield, Mass.
The Griffin Expos have doubled in size and scope this year, adding 82 new plant and retail vendors – more than 150 exhibitors in all. The show schedule is also extended, spanning two days to allow growers more time to meet with suppliers and Griffin staff, attend educational sessions and take advantage of exclusive booking discounts and promotions.
The Expos have been an annual staple for Griffin and its customers since 1981.
Attendance at the Griffin Expo in Massachusetts reached an all-time high, up more than 60 percent over 2012 figures.
Griffin will host its second Grower & Retailer Expo of the year at the Lancaster Host Resort and Conference Center in Lancaster, Penn., Sept. 11-12, 2013.
