“When we started the IGC Show eight years ago, in addition to the industry’s first-ever retailer-only show and all the great education, we wanted to establish a fun event where buyers and vendors could kick back and have a great time,” Morey says. “We’ve had the pleasure of bringing some of the greatest performers, including America, Kansas, Charlie Daniels and Styx’s Dennis DeYoung, to the IGC stage. Now, we’re thrilled to welcome The Eagles’ Don Felder to rock the rollout of IGC East this summer and hitmaker Eddie Money to the IGC Chicago Grand Ballroom stage. IGC is this summer’s hot ticket!”

Don Felder, The Eagles’ former Lead Guitarist and Co-Songwriter will perform at IGC East ( Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center) , Tuesday, August 5 , Party & Concert, 6 – 8 p.m. Felder helped fly The Eagles to the top of the U.S. Billboard 200 chart in 1977 with the album Hotel California, and his iconic guitar solo in the title track is still winning fans over – “Hotel California” earned a 2009 digital platinum certification with more than a million downloads. Now, the multiple Grammy Award winner is set to perform the explosive hits he co-penned or performed with The Eagles during the 27 years he was a member, singing the vocals and working his signature guitar licks for songs like “Hotel California,” “Life In The Fast Lane,” “One of These Nights,” “New Kid In Town,” and the list goes on.

Classic rock hitmaker Eddie Money will perform at IGC Chicago (Navy Pier), Wednesday, August 20, Party & Concert, 6 – 8 p.m. With more than 28 million records sold and double-platinum cred, Eddie Money brings his feel-good brand of rock-and-roll to the IGC Chicago Grand Ballroom stage this summer. The legendary musician is set to draw from his lineup of memorable hits that put him at the top of the charts in the late ’70s and ’80s with songs like “Two Tickets to Paradise,” “Baby Hold On,” “Think I’m in Love,” “Shakin,” “Take Me Home Tonight,” “I Wanna Go Back” and more.
