Kansas Garden Center Hopes to MoveSource: Wichita Business Journal

Johnson’s Legacy Landscapes in Wichita, Kan., has already bought a larger, 5-acre site but first wants to sell its 3.6-acre location that it shares with Johnson’s Garden Center, according to the Wichita Business Journal.

The current location, at 800 N. Ridge Road, has been on the market for about a year and is listed at $670,000.

Johnson’s Legacy Landscapes owner Linden Johnson told the paper he is landlocked and can not move to his new site at the corner of 61st Street North and Ridge until the place sells.

His brother and owner of Johnson’s Garden Center, Marty Johnson, wants to stay put and lease from a new owner.
