Linder’s Loses Unpaid-Bills Lawsuit to GertensSource: Elizabeth Mohr, Pioneer Press

After its closure this fall, Linder’s Greenhouses is facing a legal battle from Gertens Greenhouses and Garden Center Inc., based in Inver Grove Heights,for unpaid bills, reports Elizabeth Mohr of the Pioneer Press.

In November, Gertens sued Linder’s, saying Linder’s owed nearly $60,000 “for goods sold and delivered by Gertens to Linder’s.”

“Linder’s didn’t file an answer to the complaint, resulting in a default court judgment against the company Dec. 3,” writes Mohr.
