Myers Industries Lawn & Garden Group Partners With Root Pouch Company
A new partnership between Myers Industries Lawn & Garden Group and Root Pouch Co. will allow Myers to carry and promote Root Pouch’s line of eco- and budget-friendly fabric containers.
The lightweight containers are made from a geo-textile/fabric material with natural fibers that allow for improved breathability.
“As long as only one side of the container is exposed to soil,” said Jonathan Hensen, product and marketing manager, “Root Pouches can be washed, sterilized, and reused season after season – as many commercial and hydroponic growers have recently discovered, much to their excitement.”
The company will offer the Boxer Brown, Black, and Grey fabric options in different density models that have been selected to provide customers with a range of sizes, durability levels and life expectancies – everything from commercial growers needing multi-season, 200-gallon Root Pouches for their tree lots, to individual gardeners wanting one-gallon containers (which can also be used as planter liners) for plants and flowers in and around their homes.
