Home Depot will launch a customer education initiative later in April to help customers save water, according to an article in Retailing Today.

The efforts kick off Saturday, April 26 at Home Depot’s 1,977 U.S. stores with “Water Conservation Workshops” featuring 10 different home improvement projects. The company is also shifting its marketing in hundreds of stores in the West to make water-conservation solutions more visible.

Some of the topics include drip irrigation, rotary nozzle or dual spray sprinkles, dual-flush toilets and EPA WaterSense labeled shower heads and faucets.
